These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for a software project — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not copy its content to pass off as your own, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What the site is, and is not

Everything here — service descriptions, articles, case studies, price ranges — is information, not an offer. Prices and timelines shown in articles are market ranges published to be useful; they are not a quote. A quote is a written document we send you, for your scope, with its own terms.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract exists only when we have both agreed a written scope and price.

Advice in our articles

The articles are written to be genuinely useful, and they cover legal, tax and regulatory topics — e-invoicing obligations, contract clauses, data protection. They are general information, not professional advice. They may be out of date, and they cannot account for your situation. Take advice from a qualified accountant or lawyer before acting on anything you read here.

Our work and yours

The design, code, text and images on this site belong to us, or are used with permission. Client names and logos shown in case studies are their owners'.

Where we have built something for you, who owns what is set out in your project agreement, not here.

Links out

We link to other sites — platform documentation, government portals, tools we recommend. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something broke. Nothing here guarantees uptime for this website — uptime commitments for a system we build for you live in that project's agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including decisions made on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction — unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.
